Users will be able to list, buy, sell, and fractionalize verified apartments, while every fee and rent payment automatically flows into the existing vault to airdrop to $APARTMENT holders and buy back + burn the token creating a self-reinforcing revenue flywheel.

Full on-platform marketplace to buy and sell complete apartments (as NFTs) or fractional ownership shares
Seamless listing flow with the existing multi-layer verification (deed, GPS, AI photo checks, community attestation, etc.)
Automated platform fees (2.5–5%) + listing/verification/rent fees that all go straight into the public vault, revenue for buybacks
Continuous market buybacks and burns of $APARTMENT funded by platform revenue
Which creates even more airdrops for holders, more token utility
Rental income module so properties can generate ongoing yield for owners/fractional holders
Upgraded homepage + /rewards dashboard showing live property activity, yield sources, and flywheel metrics
Full public /proof page with logs and hashes of all marketplace transactions
Phased rollout starting with the core marketplace, then rentals, deeper automation, and governance.
