[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife EIBI can be hard for families to accept, but critical for long term success #TMWTDT #drkim

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@aba_marypoppins @Rehakyourlife I would be LOST without my planner!

@slmcclary I love PECS! A client of mine has had great success with it.

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@lim_mario @Rehakyourlife yes! Mistakes are inevitable. To be honest, though, I'm still working on accepting them!

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife being able to adjust the plan and "go with the flow" is critical! #drkim #TMWTDT

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@BurikSara @Rehakyourlife absolutely! Being positive and focusing on the good can make a frustrating situation a little easier.

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife learning new skills is hard for me. I try to focus on the positives of any situation! Even when frustrated. #drkim #TMWTDT

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife #TMWTDT it can be scary, but by recognizing some things are out of my control, I'm able to feel better about tough things.

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@AlexandriaFayeJ @Rehakyourlife yes! This can be so hard to do, but it's a valuable perspective!

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife to-do lists keep me sane! I have them for all areas of life. Work, school, personal... #tmwtdt #rehakyourlife

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@Rehakyourlife

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@slmcclary yes, me too! I have to remember to be appropriate about it though and not storm off. It can be tricky!

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

When I'm about to meltdown, I try to remove myself from the situation and relax. Sometimes I need fresh perspective! #drkim #tmwtdt

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

@slmcclary do you reinforce w a specific phrase? Like "what kind words"? My client loves that :)

[Catherine Zydlewski @CZydlewski]

I prompt a 10y/o with ASD to "try again" & model appropriate responding when she is rude or backtalks #drkim #tmwtdt
