Jared Leto is unfortunately amazing in #MastersOfTheUniverse. Dances excellently on the line of serious and silly without tumbling over. One of my favorite villains in a long time.
I'm not even joking but if you think both state of play this week and game fest today was bad then you should stop playing games
Find a new hobby, there is nothing for you here anymore
@HoegLaw That’s never going to happen, no matter how many people continue to dream. Disney could make some great movies and games (which they have and literally just released) and people will still hate the brand because that is the cool thing to do now.
@henrydaubrez If an “artist” chooses to use gen AI they should absolutely be lambasted. Especially when you are “trying to promote new artists” and those “artists” are just punching prompts into a machine that does all the work for them.
@JezCorden That’s because it’s very uncool to like Star Wars at the moment. Which is deserved to some degree, but it’s also a very online take. Just look at the box office numbers from the weekened along with the rotten tomatoes.
@lockmort Totally agree! I was left more teary eyed than I would’ve expected but it was a satisfying ending. Antony truly belongs on the Mount Rushmore of villains, he is a generational talent.
@dyl_thrill27@JamesGunn@hbomax I get that but wouldn’t they have had separate rings though? Was Hal literally handing off his ring to Guy and John every time they showed up in the comics?
@CarlosAlonzoM lol you get the same amount of “clarity” when it comes to the empire in A New Hope. Everyone just needs every plot point spoon fed to them in the current day.
@LanternUpdates There is legitimate reason to be wary of this adaptation and this statement only further confirms that. They feel they can’t make a “prestige HBO drama” wothout ignoring basic elements of the characters lore. Easy example of that being the “only one can war the ring” tag line.
@IGN Crimson desert is a perfectly fine 7 and the white knights in the comments want you to believe it’s the second coming of Christ. It’s a mash up of every game you’ve played in the last 5 years. A jack of all trades, master of none.
