@British_Airways my situation is now farcical. You seem to have people within your organisation who are giving misinformation, changing stories, and unable to answer direct questions. I have requested escalation of my issue but have been totally ignored. To whom can I escalate?

@Light_bound @Flight_Refunds @British_Airways Thanks @lightbound. The flights are still to happen. BA codeshare partner went bust. I just need that leg of my flights refunded so I can make alternative arrangements. Thought it was all done when I spoke to their contact centre. It appears they have done SFA.

@British_Airways please can you stop this endless circle I stuck in. Your codeshare partner went into administration, I have spoken to a live agent, had numerous e-mails but still no refund.

@British_Airways Thanks for the response but you are missing the point. I have gone through all of the steps from speaking to a human, to faceless e-mails. Nothing has been done, I am being told to cancel 3 flights to get a refund on a middle leg flight you have cancelled.

@British_Airways Yes, I do need assistance. I have spoken to a call centre assistant over 2 weeks ago. Told all was in hand and would receive confirmation within 72 hours, still nothing. Have now entered into e-mail comms. But being given totally incorrect info.
