@SkyHelpTeam so my mum signs her new fibre 300 plan contract to save money. Engineer was due 5th Nov, openreach delays meant no engineer visit but she wasn’t told. Now she had a message to say it’ll be two months!! And she has to continue to pay for broadband she doesn’t want!
