@TPExpressTrains Thank you Charlotte, I didn't see the conductor again so I couldn't ask him. It is apparent to me that he did not conduct himself in a professional manner, his attitude was shocking. Safety and passenger wellbeing was not a priority of his. I've raised a formal complaint.
@TPExpressTrains Is it reasonable to expect customers to stand? I’m on the 10:12 from Liverpool Lime Street and asked the conductor whether any seats were available. His response was: “It’s the first one out - it’s always busy.”
@TPExpressTrains Thank you. Is there anything that can be done? E.g. declassifying first class. I can't get on another train as I need to get home. It's rather uncomfortable and has just got busier at Wigan North Western.
WE DID IT!
Another 100k petition to send a huge message to the Government: The UK has had enough of random, nuisance #Fireworks@Keir_Starmer@peterkyle#fireworklawchange
Keep sharing firework campaigners! https://t.co/3ZCnvri7Rd
This evening this petition stands at 93400, let’s smash it through the 100k target and get another parliamentary debate on #fireworks
The petition asks to reduce the maximum noise level for #consumer fireworks from 120 to 90 decibels
We think each year, individuals suffer because of loud fireworks. We believe horses, dogs, cats, livestock and wildlife can be terrified by noisy fireworks and many people find them intolerable.
There’s more to talk about than just decibel levels given the horrendous behaviour we’ve seen so far this autumn, but it’s a start.

Whoever the next govt is must repeal these laws that dictate how much hot choccy or Coca Cola we have
The govt should mind their own business - we need to bring back personal responsibility and cut the nanny state
Anyone else experiencing issues with Virgin Media Broadband right now? It's been intermittent for the last hour (the service status page isn't working for me either!) 😬
