@PATHTrain Not trying to be argumentative, I'd just like a little bit more of an explanation. I get why you can't run MORE trains, but you can't claim track work at Grove is why you can't split service. JC has almost 5x the population of Hoboken and gets 3 trains. Why does Hoboken get 6?

@PATHTrain How so? This would maintain the same quantity of trains crossing the river, as well as the 20 minute headway on the JSQ line, while increasing your window of uninterrupted work by only running the supplemental Hoboken trains. Hoboken has fewer people than JC, FYI.

@PATHTrain Why not skip Hoboken on the JSQ line, and run a dedicated Hoboken train every 20 minutes? You get an extended window to fix the Hoboken issues, no Path Forward work is impacted, and Jersey City is better served.

@PATHTrain Respectfully, that doesn't really help. I understand the political and historical nuances at play. However, at this point, the folks who rely on your system need better answers. If there's a deeper issue impacting reliability and safety, we deserve to know.

@PATHTrain What you're saying is that, despite this being a weekly occurrence, PA has just simply not cared enough to enact sufficient contingencies to maintain service. The WTC is dangerously overcrowded on a good day. "Surprise" trains when y'all are feeling benevolent doesn't cut it
