Players think they get taken out because they missed a shot or turn it over.
More often than not, players get taken out when that missed shot or turn over leads to:
•bad energy
•not sprinting back
•rotating incorrectly defensively
Fear is normal. Doubt is normal. Insecurity is normal.
Experiencing these things doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
But they also don’t have to drive your story. Be kind to yourself. Call yourself up. You were made for better.
Believe it, live it. Keep showing up.
