Had an absolute BLAST giving @pdoocy and @FoxNews a tour of the Florida booth at the Great American State Fair. I may be bias, but Florida definitely has the best booth, and I think my son Henry would agree! ☀️🐊🍊
I guess Republicans want to lose the midterms….Promising mass deportations won big.
Then DHS says long-term TPS Haitians can now apply for permanent residence?
Huh? That's not enforcement, that's the old 'temporary means forever' filter that got us in this situation to begin with.
Polls: Harvard/Harris had 56% supporting deporting all illegals, 78% for criminals. NYT/Siena at 54%.
Americans want removals, not more loopholes.
Ignore the base that elected you and watch enthusiasm evaporate by 2026.
Deliver the promise or lose the House.
Mass deportations now and, oh, don’t shut down detention facilities!
The far-left is pivoting from its anti-Trump messaging to try and win elections:
“Housing affordability, healthcare, opposition to Israel, labor rights, and the influence of wealthy donors frequently occupy center stage for socialist candidates. Criticism is more often directed at the establishment Democratic incumbents’ lack of action than at Republicans.”
Alito dissents in Watson v. RNC, saying that “today’s decision leaves open opportunities for voter fraud that may further undermine Americans’ faith in the integrity of this country’s elections” and “creates a serious risk of further undermining public confidence in our elections and our system of self-government.”
He’s joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, and, in part, by Kavanaugh.
The MSM is already losing it over the Trump v. Slaughter decision, claiming the Court “granted Trump free rein to continue firing members of agencies” and “the logic applies to other agencies with similar restrictions on the President firing members without cause” and ends “90 years of Court precedent that curbs executive power.”
“The President has more broadly sought to dramatically reshape the federal government using an aggressive form of executive power,” according to NBC. 🙄
Monmouth Beach and Middletown, New Jersey painted parts of their roads a patriotic red, white, and blue in celebration of America’s 250th.

I picked up this chair over the weekend. Can you guess its approximate age and/or where it was made?
(The current slip seat is not original to the chair.)
Sen. Chris Murphy, who identifies as a progressive, welcomes the socialist takeover of the Democrat Party and insists it's a sign the party "is alive and growing":
"I want us to be a big tent party...I do believe that the Democratic Party has been historically way too timid in taking on corporate power...and I think we do have to have answers for the way in which corporations and billionaires are taking over and corrupting our politics.
I do think that there is somewhat of a trend that candidates who are confronting concentrated corporate power in a meaningful way are winning, and I think that that is something that the Democratic Party should pay attention to."
Secretary Mullin explains to CNN's Jake Tapper that many Hatians and Syrians here under TPS had decades to "reestablish their status" in the US but didn't, and that the Trump administration is only accepting of immigrants who entered the US legally and aren't a burden to American taxpayers:
"Keep in mind a lot of these individuals haven't been here 18 months; they've been here 18 years. Some of them have been here 20 years, 30 years. They've had plenty of time to reestablish their status inside the United States; they just chose not to.
Then there's some that have been here underneath the Biden administration that took advantage of an open border, and those individuals didn't really come over here because they needed protected status; they came over here because they were taking advantage of a weak leadership.
So what we want, and the President has made this very clear, those that are coming to this country legally, they need to be able to contribute to the United States and not be a burden on the taxpayers."
Democrats continue to struggle with the meaning of the word 'temporary' when it comes to Temporary Protected Status. It's not permanent.
"United States aircraft just struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations, and coastal radar sites, for violating the Cease Fire Agreement, AGAIN! It is very possible that they will never learn!" - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸
Dean Cain responds to a poll on 'national pride and patriotism' that shows just 42% of independents and 27% of Democrats are 'proud' of the US:
"I don't think people are being educated to love this country. What is wonderful and a counterpoint to that whole thing is everybody coming out here to see the World Cup are just LOVING America! So it's the baloney you hear from the mainstream press and it's unfair and it's wrong, and I think that people have been educated that way and it's unfortunate...This is the greatest country. There's nothing like it!"
Spot on.
Sen. Jim Banks says there's no better way to celebrate America 250 than to pass the SAVE America Act, and says the GOP needs to fight for it because "the voters want it":
"Right now, we have a lot of Republicans who say they're for it, but they're not fighting for it...Whatever it takes, we need to be fighting to pass the SAVE America Act because we need the Trump voters to show up and vote for us in November. And right now, a lot of those voters are going to sit back and say, 'You didn't do what you said you were going to do,' and President Trump brought that message to lunch and said, 'Fight for the SAVE America Act.'
I'm fully on board...whatever it takes to pass it, we need to pass it...If we can pass it, bring us back. I'm ready to go. I'll pack my bags and go to Washington tonight."
