I have really bad anxiety . Its very hard for me to do things alone. Errands/grocery shopping is fine but I struggle HARD with things like street fairs the movies a museum ect ect.

Put my headphones on with ambient skyrim music put my lil kindle on the lip of the treadmill....accidentally went 40 minutes instead of 20 at 2.5mph (i have short legs) at a 9 incline. I hit a flow state.

Im disabled im going to the gym to work on core strength/stability. For fun on the treadmill today I set it to what foodie beauty does....its painful. Its so slow it made my hips ache...im 5'2 disabled and still did 20 min at 3mph 10 incline. I feel bad for her.

@BellaBaddie__ No one can tell me what I can and can't do ( not talking about laws or HOA's) i can have however many animals i want. I dont hear my neighbors fucking or fighting. Im not disturbed by some asshole watching TV on max at 3am. Peace space and privacy are worth it to me.
