@EurekaForbes, your service is horrible. The AMC was done on September 26th, but till date, October 1st, no service person has been assigned to provide services. There has been no proper action taken either through the customer care number, emails or through mobile App.

@CaAshokSoni @EurekaForbes Please don't purchase any product or AMC from Eureka Forbes, I am facing the same issue for one month on a daily basis containing customer support for resolving the issue but they provide wrong information and commitment. I wrote multiple emails but didn't get a proper response.

@EurekaForbes,I hv been receiving copy-paste emails from customer care, since I complained, replying and quoting the complaint number CM-280924-33987870 n saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
I hv been waiting for Eureka's 24 hrs to be completed since 26th Sept
