@bholination One aspect of the incident is poor policing. If police is quick to take action on one call like many countries, such incidents can be avoided and would act as deterrent in future. . But it is not so. To them VIP security is more important..

@iamrakeshbansal Very correct @iamrakeshbansal In one case bank did not hv cctv footage of fraud that took place at atm, no guards citing RBI rules, no proper reply unless complaint to rbi was made. But ombudsman ruled fraud took place due to customer fault and even took away right of appeal.
