There must be a GST tribunal in Indore as the Indore is a business capital of the state. As most of the businesses in the state belongs to Indore, GST tribunal in other city without including indore will not be a wise decision

Indore is a commercial capital of MP. Further, there is High Court, ITAT, and NCLT bench also. Accordingly, the GST council is requested to set up GSTAT Bench at Indore and include its name in the notification to be issued on 1st August.
