Proud to coauthor this CSNS resolution with @DrJessicaCampos @DrDiGiorgio @cscla examining site-of-service reimbursement disparities and their impact on neurosurgical care delivery.

Current reimbursement structures may drive care away from independent & ambulatory settings toward hospital-owned systems — impacting costs, access, and practice sustainability.

This resolution calls for a structured policy review and data-driven advocacy to support equitable, value-based reimbursement across care settings.

Important step for the future of neurosurgery and patient access.
