रांची के राज हॉस्पिटल में एक मरीज को एडमिट कराया गया था क्योंकि उसका पैर फ्रैक्चर हुआ था,

भर्ती करने के बाद मरीज की 2–3 दिन तक ड्रेसिंग नहीं की गई, जिसके कारण शरीर में इंफेक्शन फैल गया,

ऊपर से इलाज के नाम पर करीब ₹22 लाख लिए गए और बाद में डॉक्टरों ने कहा कि मरीज को बचाया नहीं जा सकता,

सच कहूं तो आजकल कुछ प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटलों में गजब की लूट मची हुई है।

The GSTAT portal is facing serious technical issues:

❌ Login & OTP failures
❌ Appeal filing errors
❌ Document upload issues
❌ Frequent session expiry & portal crashes

Taxpayers and professionals cannot be deprived of their statutory right to appeal due to system failures.

@FinMinIndia @cbic_india must immediately extend the GSTAT appeal filing due date until the portal is fully stable.

Justice cannot depend on a faulty portal.

The judiciary has often gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that justice is not denied on technical grounds.

If portal-related constraints hinder the filing of appeals, the issue warrants urgent attention.

Technology must facilitate, not impede, the administration of justice.

Today is #MothersDay and our #ICAI who have given us so much in our life is not less than a mother to us. Our Alma mater ICAI was established in 1949 i.e. 1 year before the country became a republic, because the lawmakers were aware how important our work is, we have proved it time and again and the fact is well appreciated by all the government till now . Chartered Accountants: Partners in National Development” - These words of acknowledgement and recognition used by our visionary former President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam for Indian Chartered Accountant fraternity amply sum up the role, power and potential of the CA profession in the country.

Sir, As a CA and Minister you very well know ICAI functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The ICAI is the largest professional body of Chartered Accountants in the world, with a strong tradition of service to the Indian economy in public interest. There are 8 nominated central council members directly by Govt of India who are also part of disciplinary directorate and various committees of ICAI. The Code of conduct which regulates the CA Profession is robust, well documented, transparent, and most of the disciplinary actions comes under purview of action by High court thereby ensuring accountability, independence, objectivity of the members.

Sir, there are some observations on view of your government regarding CA fraternity and ICAI which have come to light in last 7-8 years which are discussed many times in fraternity and I wish to put forward with you as a Co professional brother for betterment of all stakeholders. I Request your consideration and expect a reply from you on the same, Also request how you are going to address when your party forms govt again and you become a Minister (You are my personal choice for Finance Minister of India).

Sir, in the last few years, we are seeing that our noble profession has been continuously targeted by few of those in governance and administration.

In the last 10 years, practice opportunities have been reduced, GST, Bank audit has been abolished/ reduced which is risking the tax as well as banking prudence and exposing it to frauds and wrongdoings in the absence of independent audit.

CAs are being soft target all over the country many a times, wrong doers are given safe passage and CAs are jailed by administrators of Tax laws, we never saw Dharnas and agitations by fraternity earlier.

Sir , if educated, organized, gazette professionals which are governed by act of parliament like us are treated like this, then we need to realise what is situation of unorganised taxpayers who are helping the country via contributing taxes.

To achieve dream of #Vikasitbhart ICAI needs to be strengthened and taken into confidence as you can see the legacy which helped India to this place of a 4 Trillion Dollar economy.

I request you to kindly assure us that when your party comes to power again, you will pass a CA Protection bill , increase avenues for practicing members so that GDP growth is achieved faster, more tax collection is done via introduction of new tax payers in the system.
I am sure you will consider this update in good spirit and help strengthening the bridge between our fraternity and govt to make India a superpower.
