Extremely disappointed with my experience with @BookMyForex. Their commitment of delivering the card by the next day is a total sham. The customer service representatives are always busy and you will never get a response to your online/email queries. #Unhappycustomer

@tvsmotorcompany Pathetic experience. Visited service centre approx 7 times in last 8 months for same issue. Have raise complaints at all forums but no one gives it a damn. I understood why your share in the market is far behind Honda. The issue is still not resolved. Next step Consumer Court.

I am feeling hopeless as a customer of TVS Jupiter 125CC. The scooty has a manufacturing defect and no body is there to fix it. I have raised complaint on customer care and nearby service centre many times but did not get a permanent solution for the problem.
