Indore is the Commercial Capital of MP. Highest revenue comes from Indore and its precincts. It is only logical that the GST Appellate Tribunal is set up in Indore.

Indore is a commercial capital of MP. Further, there is High Court, ITAT, and NCLT bench also. Accordingly, the GST council is requested to set up GSTAT Bench at Indore and include its name in the notification to be issued on 1st August.

In view of S.C. decision in suo moto w.p , all due dates for appeals and other compliances should be increased and notified. Till now in #GST and in #incometax date is extended till 30 June and still in many cities life is not normalised.
