Before you can argue it’s too damaged to refill maybe address the fact that 60 million barrels were put back in it.

The damaged SPR bit is an excuse for not filling it. It’s BS. It was pulled down at 25% of available capacity. The work going on there is maintenance, not damage repair.

Trump doesn’t care about the SPR any more than Biden, they even tried to sell all the oil in it and close it to pay for his tax cuts in 2017. Stop listening to what they say and start watching what they do, maybe you won’t be so confused!
