Flowing Wells battled to the finish last night, and lost 28-20 to Cienega. Benicio Ruiz nearly hit Jack Youmans as time expired on a potential game-tying TD. Flag thrown but waived off. Heartbreaking ending to a great game!

Game 7: Mountain View 47, Flowing Wells 14
Miscues and turnovers plagued the Caballeros Friday night as they suffered their first loss of the season on the road, but the team didnโt stop fighting until the end.
The loss put an end to the Caballerosโ perfect season and snapped an 8-game winning streak dating back to last year.
Simmons finished with a season-high 195 yards on 16 carries, giving him 912 yards with three regular-season games to play.

One of the biggest strengths of the unbeaten Caballeros is the offensive line. The front five have paved the way for 1,913 rushing yards and 37 TDs through the first six games.
