Massie: I’m walking to an airplane to rejoin the most expensive congressional race in U.S. history. It’s turned into a referendum on whether Israel gets to buy seats in Congress. And what they found out is that my seat is really expensive. By the time this is over, they will probably have spent $20 million and come up short.
I’ve never seen Great Britain, Australia, or even Germany play in our elections here in the United States. But Israel gets so much from the United States.
It’s a one-sided relationship. They get us to be their proxies in wars they want against their enemies. They get our military assistance. They get our technology. They get our bombs. They get our tax dollars.
And I think it’s a very one-sided relationship. At least with NATO, we pretend that they would come to our aid someday if we needed it—and even that’s a ruse.
@LibertyLockPod here is an idea for the show. How miami dade county is accusing citizens of doing business with #cuba when they never have. And no, @RoosforFlorida and I haven't done another bbq.
"War and aggression are costly. States go to war because they can, via taxes, pass on the cost to third parties who are not directly involved. By contrast, for voluntarily-financed companies, war is economic suicide"

The fact is this. Iran was never a threat to the US government. This country has become a subsidy of the state for isreal. We must fight to avoid any draft and let the politicians paid by aipac do the dirty work for them NOT the American people who have nothing to do to this.
The capture of Maduro resembles the 1989 invasion of Panama where US troops stormed the country to capture its head of state Manuel Noriega, wanted in the US for racketeering and drug trafficking. It should shock every tin-pot dictator by how looked easy this went.
Yes, there are constitutional concerns here like there were in Panama. The problem of "aggression" is that self-defense claims can always be raised. The real lesson from Panama was that US courts sided with many Panamanians who were displaced, lost lives and property and as a result were given restitution. Justification after the fact or denouncements immediately when the actions happen are little comfort for the innocent lives upended by violence.
This is not a defense of the current administration's action by any means. I mean only to point out a few important observations. Many people in Miami will likely feel jubilation at the news and some may wonder why US foreign policy in Venezuela is so different than that of Cuba.
Until the next "kinetic action."

Being in #GreenvilleSC and knowing @aboveandbeyond are playing back home in miami makes me a bit envious. Praying they do another acoustical set like they did 12 years ago to be able to see that live whereever they do it. Watching the first one as it reminds me how beautiful it i
