@johnnydriscoll While butter can be kept at room temperature, we always recommend storing butter in the refrigerator at or below 40°F, or in the freezer, to ensure maximum quality and guard against spoiling. -Brooke

@MrsAWentworth Cabot Cheese is produced with a vegetarian-approved microbial enzyme. This enzyme coagulates the milk into curds and whey. It is vegetarian and meets Kosher and Halal certifications. We do not source ingredients from pharmaceutical companies. -Brooke
