Cachet is open source and built for the Zcash community.

Minting is free, the code is MIT, and the whole point is to get ready for ZSAs on mainnet and show what shielded assets can do before they get there.

There are already 720 registered assets. (testnet)

Honest part: this runs on the public ZSA testnet. Shielded assets reach Zcash mainnet with a future network upgrade, and Cachet is built to be ready that day.

Until then: mint something, seal it, verify it. It takes a few seconds.

The chain is the source of truth. Anyone can self host in three commands, mirror the registry with a script that re-verifies every byte, and check the mirror against a signed snapshot.
