@BowTiedHRT Yeah that makes sense. So if you’re actively trying to build new mass/tissue (no Reta), it’s probably still smart to err on the side of higher protein. But if you’re mostly maintaining muscle and happy with your size, dropping + bumping carbs for better shuttling could work well
