Today, these people are bending the knee to a man who threatens untold damage to our peace, security and prosperity.
I can't do much about it, but one thing I can do is get myself off here.
If you care to, you can find me on Bluesky.
We can't let British democracy turn into a plaything for overseas billionaires with short attention spans.
At PMQs, I urged the Prime Minister to work with us to make sure power always sits with the voters, not wealthy foreign oligarchs.
Today I was granted an urgent question to ask @FCDOGovUK about the humanitarian crisis in Northern Gaza.
To ask if the government is really doing everything they can to achieve a ceasefire. And whether they were doing all they could to save Palestinians form needless suffering.
This is such sad news for our entire @LibDems and @WelshLibDems family.
Jenny was a true force for good in our Lords team and as a minister in Cardiff Bay and Westminster. She was dedicated, kind and respected.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
I was shocked when she said yes to launch the 2016 Senedd campaign of a bolshy 20-something who'd not even held his deposit the previous year.
But that struck to the core of who she was - always willing to do what she could to help the party and to spread our liberal message.
Immensely sad to hear this news today.
Jenny was one of those people I always looked forward to seeing and hearing from. She was ever wise in her advice, and her influence is still felt to this day by people here in Cardiff and beyond.
In the run-up to the Splott bi-election on the 5th of December, Inksplott has invited all candidates to share a little more about themselves in an Inksplott Interview. Meet your councillor candidates - Cadan ap Tomos, Welsh Liberal Democrats: https://t.co/yFtXBNTMA5
So many pensioners in Splott, Tremorfa and Pengam Green tell me they're worried about how they'll afford to heat their homes this winter.
Some of them are just above the pension credit threshold - far from well off - yet had hundreds of pounds taken off them by the Labour Govt.
While the Conservatives undoubtedly left this government a dire fiscal inheritance, that's no excuse to push more pensioners into poverty as the temperature plummets.
Cutting this allowance will drive more vulnerable older people into poverty, forcing them to choose between heating and eating.
Politicians must do all we can to restore public trust in politics after the chaos of the last Conservative government.
It is way past time for a proper democratic reform of the House of Lords.
This Remembrance Sunday, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice and dedication of the men and women who selflessly fought to protect our freedom.
Lest we forget.
Hospitals across Wales are unable to discharge patients due to a lack of social care, while local councils are buckling under the financial pressure of providing these services.
We cannot solve the crisis in the Welsh NHS without tackling the problems in social care.
There needs to be a far more ambitious and creative plan for ensuring that Welsh medium education is within reach of every child and community in Cardiff.

It's bin day tomorrow in Splott.
This week, it's general (bin or max 3 bags), glass & food bin with red & blue sacks, bring your bags in as soon as can.
Top tip: put your house numbers on your red/blue bags so you can identify them after collection.
I don't normally dress up for Halloween... But thought the @KeepSplottTidy Spooktacular litter pick should be an exception.
Great to see so many people out on a Sunday morning helping to clean up our community. Rhys and I filled four bags between us!
Amazing turnout this morning, we have 37 spooky wombles of Splott joining in our annual Halloween 🎃👻 litter pick!
There's still time to join!
Thanks to @willowshigh for your pupils attending today!
Tried to raise safety in Splott Park at Council today.
Disappointed that instead of focusing on solutions, I was accused of politicising a very serious issue without any thought to personal experience I might have with sexual assault.
I just want to make my community safer.
There are 2 public questions today. The first is about the safety of parks in Splott, Tremorfa and Pengam Green from @CadanapTomos . He raised concerns about lack of action to tackle violence and anti-social behaviour in parks. He called for better lighting to make parks safety
Sir Chris Hoy, the six-time Olympic gold medallist, announced in February that he has cancer. Now, he reveals publicly that his illness is incurable. He tells us how he is determined to find hope and happiness on the home straight https://t.co/gv4dQgoHuR
Lovely to welcome @CamThomasMP to Cardiff last night for @cardifflibdems' annual dinner.
He told of how he won Tewkesbury through sheer hard work and determination, building momentum in an area neglected by the ruling party. Something to aspire to..!
