@davidjsmith1232 I would just be trying to find someone who won't be a disaster in their minutes near the minimum at that point.
Plumlee would be clearly gettable, but hopefully you can find someone more effective.
Backup C is a luxury more than necessity with our roster makeup
@davidjsmith1232 The way the skill symbols are completely mismatched and illogical drives me crazy. If you're going to use AI, at least have the self respect to peruse it and not just post whatever it spits out.
@gawbaey@McCadeP8 Well maybe when driving, but that's just one aspect of ballhandling, unless you meant OKC needed more driving. Which is more a Wemby causation than an OKC deficiency
Idk if I'm late to this, but Nike's stock is dropping like a rock, and yet they released a commercial and collab with Drake and KD, two of the cringiest guys among younger consumers?
Yikes are they digging their own grave ever faster.
Assuming DP is fully cleared mentally and medically, I have:
1a. Cam
1b. DP
3. AJ
4. Wilson
If there's concerns about his health or mental state:
1. Cam
2. AJ
3. DP
4. Wilson
@cDubFan Would Keyonte be who he is? Its an interesting scenario.
Maybe he's better, maybe he doesn't get picked by the Jazz at all.
I'd rather have Keyonte currently. So its a complex hypothetical.
@cphilits@AJ3Jazz Idk, its sink or swim time for all the young guys. They've all had two years to develop sans Ace, now is the time to reward winning habits.
Who is your backup PG? Because neither of those guys can play a minute of point.
@cphilits@AJ3Jazz Cody made big strides and has more promise. But even with those strides Svi is still a much more productive and winning player at the moment. Cody needs to make more leaps to break the rotation.
@onballcreator@AJ3Jazz The only question that remains is whether that makes him solely a PF, or whether he can guard SF's. I think he can guard most wings, because I'm higher on his mobility, anticipation, effort and hands.
I think there's a high chance he rates as a better perimeter defender than AJ
@onballcreator@AJ3Jazz I just disagree that past position dictates future position. High school and college positions are often dictated by roster makeup and necessity. Much less so in the NBA. All the really matters is who he can guard. And we agree he can't be a central rim protector, so hes not a C
