This bill decriminalizes having sex with a minor 14 years or older as long as the PEDOPHILES age is less than 10 years older than the child's. It would allow a 23 y/o to sleep with a 14 y/o and they wouldn't have to register as a sex offender. This is disgusting, and evil.
