May 28th at 7 pm, all who are interested in running IFA-AGWSR high school XC are invited to a Zoom meeting to discuss summer cross country workouts and updates.

Ellie Meyer qualifies for state with a time of 20 flat and a 3rd place finish!

Girls teams finished 6th/12, and the boys team finished 11th/13!

The girls varsity team placed 9th out of 27 teams and the boys varsity team placed 14th our of 27!

The Cadets never stop pushing themselves as hard as they can. The girls team finished 4th with 3 meddlers. The boys team finished 10th with 2 medalers. We ran lots of great times tonight, now time to work hard and improve for Tuesday!
