@ASOS_HeretoHelp I ordered a wallet 2 days before Christmas using my premium delivery, it STILL hasn’t arrived after emailing and speaking to different people who have twice told me they will send it out again! This was supposed to be a Christmas present, very embarrassing!

@MartinSLewis@itvMLshow I had a flight booked through TravelUp in March which was cancelled. After MONTHS of trying to contact I finally spoke to someone today about a refund. They said they’ve already had the refund from Emirates and will deduct £50 admin fee! Can I argue this?
Ironic that @Travel_Up website claims you can ‘book confidently’ as they’re ‘100% transparent’. One thing I’m confident of is that I’ll never book with them again! P.s, why send an email saying you’re opening the phone lines up with more staff if it says user busy 24/7? #travelup

@MartinSLewis And they have changed these terms and conditions!! I don’t think it is right that I should have to pay £50 when they’ve received a FULL refund from Emirates and not even bothered to tell me

@MartinSLewis So even though they’ve received the refund I’ve still had no contact! And now they’ve said they are taking £50 off my refund which is in terms and conditions. Do I have a leg to stand on? Thank you
