I signed up for the DAY 2 WAITLIST for #WWWY after purchasing a ticket for Day 1. Instead of honoring my waitlist request... (1/3)

...they took it upon themselves to decide they could charge me for a 2nd ticket for Day 1 despite that not being what I requested/ordered. They now refuse to exchange my ticket or refund my money. I've gone to #WWWY every year and have done this process every year. (2/3)
