Nigeria was under sanctions during Abacha's regime... Much like Iran is today.
The "loot" they "recovered" are your foreign reserves that his government had to move through unconventional means.
It's funny how we never hear of IBB's loot. And how we will never here of Bola Tinubu loot despite him robbing us blind.
@nansbello He's genuinely just one of them.
His is a bit more in the open, and he's privileged to be in such places of power.
For Nigeria to move forward, a good percentage of Nigerians genuinely need to leave the face of the planet.
The genocide of Jewish people called “holocaust”
The genocide of the Irish people called “famine”
The genocide of Native Americans called “discovery”
The genocide of Africans called “colonization”
The genocide of Palestinian called “self-defense”
The genocide of Lebanese called “security threat”
Language matters. A genocide is unjustifiable wherever happens. Never again

Atiku and friends 😭
Give it up unc.
You're fighting a battle you've already lost
The people don't think he's capable, have some respect and step down, ffs.
The most debilitating of Nigerian leadership afflictions, is the complete absence of shame in the contemplative consciousness of its ruining crass. How else would you explain the shameless spectacle of a former military dictator, modeling the excellence of Indian healthcare? 🇳🇬🤔
@_Tetsuxyz Btw, reijnders should be top 10 b2b cards in the game.
Dt, Marseille turn, cut behind, dipping shot, 85+ awareness, 90+ on all ball treatment stats, 80+ finishing, 88 balance, 96 stamina, 87+ speed and stamina.
Man just needs a proper Showtime card
Too bad he's alr left Europe
@_Tetsuxyz L take.
Some cards are naturally just fluid.
No excesses, they just function.
Reijnders, Bellingham, huijsen, courtois, pirlo, Zaire emery, dembouz, Messi
Ps: I be f2p, so idk about paid cards much, but I have a thing for underrated highlight cards.
I bought fuel yesterday in Toronto, Canada, at $1.7999 CAD per litre, and it cost about $98.95 CAD to fill up my tank. This should ideally last me about a week or more.
Now, the minimum wage in Canada is $17.95 CAD per hour, which means someone who works an average of 8 hours a day will earn $143.60 CAD before tax. A day's salary is enough to fuel his or her car for 2–3 weeks. This means that even one of the lowest earners in Canada can afford to own and drive a car daily without the cost of fuel becoming an overwhelming burden. Public education for children is also free and of high quality.
In Nigeria, fuel is about ₦1,300 per litre. It would cost about ₦88,000 to fill up a similar tank. The minimum wage in Nigeria is ₦70,000 per month. This means that an entire month's minimum wage cannot even fill the tank once.
A minimum-wage earner in Nigeria cannot realistically afford to own, fuel, and maintain a car. The same person still has to afford food, rent, children's education, healthcare, electricity, transportation, and other basic necessities. The list goes on.
In fact, even a bank manager in Nigeria earning ₦1 million monthly could still struggle to maintain a decent standard of living after covering these basic expenses.
This is one reason poverty is so widespread in Nigeria. The cost of basic living is simply too high relative to what the average person earns.
You don't just have an income problem in Nigeria. You have an affordability problem.
For millions of Nigerians, simply living a decent life has become too expensive and increasingly impossible.
