@rumpfshaker You're right, and those condos aren't paying out the ass for unplanned repairs with special assessments from the HOA. Not every HOA member is complaining about their fees and assessments, only the ones that have been poorly managed for way too long.

They should probably take care of their homes before that happens, but too many will cut corners until the building is literally collapsing.
