@BullCityVA @AlysonDecker10 I suggested that form was ok. I don’t know it was for in-house lawyer only. My mistake - I can own that. I have experience with IP and investors form my work in 4 SF startups. I also know knowing about litigation but started I (and only I) would settle out of court.
