@SwiggyCares Pl don't give computerized answer. On 18th July you told me that you found the root cause & get in touch with me. On 24th July Mr. Saiyad called me & promised me to call back within 48hrs. Still I am waiting. You all are liar. Very worst experience from Swiggy

Yesterday also I asked in Ad campaign, what charges I have to pay? & Your answer is, your ads budget is โน5000/-. Realy it's a hight of stupidity.
@swiggy_in@SwiggyCares why swiggy desperately wanted to get down my ratings by ignoring so many 5 star rating. No use of complaints. Just false promises. This happens every month & continues in July month also. See the image. Recived 2 ratings. 1* & 5 *. Counted 1* only.

Already I am complaining about this from last 2 months. And always your answer is ' we forwarding your query to concern team & they will contact you.' But no one is contacting and trying to resolve this. I am doubtful about existence of such team.
@SwiggyCares Please don't give this stupid answer. As per your answer average of July month up to today should be *1= 50% and *5= 50%. Because I have recieved 2 ratings in July month. One is *1 and other one is *5. It should not be *1 = 100%.
