The more time I spend in Web3 gaming, the more I realize I'm fighting a battle most people don't even see.
I care more about competitive integrity than I do about owning an asset.
I care more about skill expression than progression systems.
And I care more about effort protection than rewards.
Maybe that's the competitive gamer in me.
When I enter a PvP game, I want to know my decisions matter.
That if I lose, it's because I got outplayed.
That if I win, I earned it.
The longer I'm in this space, the more I realize many players aren't looking for the same thing.
And that's okay.
But I am.
I will always choose systems that protect effort, reward mastery, and respect competition.
Everything else comes second.
@lindakdup Thanks Linda, you're lovely as always 🙏❤️
Tomorrow I'll jump in for sure ⚔️
And trust me... I need some girl power around me too 😁
I've been fighting Web3 bros all week 😭🤣
To be fair, that's what caught my attention in the first place 😁
I said from the start I haven't seen a community this passionate in a long time.
You can usually tell when people are just farming a project and when they genuinely care about it. The excitement around Infinity Rising feels very different.
That's what made me curious enough to come and see it for myself 👀⚔️
@NotABot It's late here, so I'm about to call it a night 😅
I'll get it installed and poke around for a few minutes, but tomorrow I'd definitely be up for that tour if you're around 👀⚔️
Appreciate it 🙏❤️
@VishalBharti25 Honestly, I don't know yet 😁
I'm literally installing it now.
But I'll keep you updated 👀
What sort of games do you usually play? MMO, FPS, RPG, PvP, mobile?
Brother, your post is tone deaf to gamers.
Web3 gaming still hasn't consistently figured out how to build great games.
Meanwhile we're being told gameplay isn't enough.
Good.
Let's find the great gameplay first.
And honestly, the examples provided aren't helping the argument.
If a game has retention issues, performance issues, onboarding issues, marketing issues or execution issues...
Those are game problems too.
That's why gamers are reacting to this post.
It feels like we're trying to solve step 5 before step 1.
@SkyGaming@primesolana_ I think Sky's point is the important one.
Those examples weren't great games that ran out of money.
They were games with gameplay, retention, marketing or execution problems.
That's not the same thing.
Multiple people have recently brought this page to my attention.
THIS IS NOT ME.
Unfortunately, my TikTok account gets cloned quite often, and this is another account DMing people while pretending to be me.
Anyone who follows me knows I never ask people for money, I never ask for financial help, I don't sell products through DMs, and I almost never message people first.
So please remember:
If "Caffeina" appears in your DMs asking for something, that's already a red flag.
The best way to reach me is publicly through my content and community channels.
Sadly, people sometimes fall for these fake accounts and end up sending money or connecting wallets they shouldn't.
Please be careful.
Report the account if you see it, and only trust links and information posted on my official profiles. ❤️🙏
