Lot of men have high cortisol levels from constant irritation and anger. They sour their own blood and destroy their hearts. Avoid rage baiting social media. Ignore news and politics. Avoid playing too much video games. Lower stress by going on walks and reading books. Books have been proven to have the same benefits as meditation. If something disturbs sleep, cut it out. Drink water. Take care of health.
It is not that the Church cannot help support proper male-female dynamics, but the reality is that teachings matter little when women decide not to comply with them. And there are no barriers to stop from them from doing so (unlike in the past). I have worked with plenty of trad guys whose "trad wives" got the ick and divorced (sometimes cheating too). The Church said they couldn't do this, but the law and her inclination said otherwise.
This is why I have been hammering so much on the lack of masculinity and vitality in the Church. It is not just an issue because it is stopping men and women from pairing up and forming families, although this is a serious problem. It is that it is a long-term branding crisis for Christianity in general if all the men leading it are weak and delusional about female sexual behavior, because they are going to produce the worst outcomes for the men who follow the faith.
In other words, everything comes down to the power level of the individual men; it cannot be outsourced to doctrine. You must be a man who feels he deserves certain treatment and who - while he loves women - is not manipulated by them. And the reason you must be this is because this is what women feel around you. Her pastor or priest can tell her to obey and follow her husband, but if her man is a wimp or a fool, she is not going to care, and the marriage will not really reflect this dynamic (assuming it even survives). Indeed; this is the state of many trad marriages today: the "servant leader" leads in name only.
The Church can make strong and wise men better men, and it can reinforce and refine their authority. But it is at the end of the day a shaping container for a man's energy, not the source of it. Indeed, in many cases today it is less a channel than a dam. So while I consider religion part of the solution, it is a downstream and auxiliary one. Men and women must understand and own their sexuality and natures before limits can be placed around them. Otherwise doctrine just functions as sexual repression, which is the antipode and feeder of sexual liberation. To break the cycle you must accept sexuality as it is and seek the best use of it, rather than hate or fear it.
90% of modern women don’t want a husband.
They want a calm, high-earning, emotionally stable ATM who tolerates their mood swings, finances their lifestyle, and never complains when they weaponize sex or disrespect him.
They want traditional provision with zero traditional submission.
A lot of men are out here killing themselves at work, destroying their health, and coming home to a woman who treats them like an annoying roommate with benefits.
Your sweat has value. Never finance a woman who despises your leadership.
Brothers and sisters,
The choices you make today.
Are the futures of your children and grandchildren.
To get up move, walk, lift, run, sprint...
Or sit on the coach or scroll on your phone.
To break open the Bible and read book by book with your wife and children...
Or to be "too busy..." or too absent or too entertained for simple consistent family devotions.
To get outdoors, hike, breathe fresh air, see sunlight...
Or to constantly be trapped on media, entertainment, and computers...
To save and invest... or squander through ill-use...
To laugh, have fun, read books and play games...
Or be consumed by sports, news, and social media.
The good things you say you want for your children and
grandchildren are either being squandered or stored up day after day after day, by the decisions you make today.
Every day is either deposits or withdrawals. Steward the day wisely.
"A wise man leaves an inheritance to his children's children."
THERE ARE TOO MANY wealthy boomers that would rather die with $3 million in the bank than watch their kids use $50,000 of it to drastically improve their life.
The climax of MAN OF STEEL (2013) unfolds at the exact same time as the opening of BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (2016).
Watching the same event from Bruce Wayne’s perspective completely changes the way you experience it.
If you want to understand men better, just look at all the movies they’ve made, books they’ve written, games they invent when they’re young, and video games they play as adults.
Almost every single one is about a young man being thrust into a position or situation he doesn’t know if he can overcome. Many times he actually believes he can’t, so he initially refuses the challenge. Reluctantly, he is forced out of the comfort of his home by an unlikely group of future friends or an imposing threat on his life or the life of the woman he loves.
In the end, he rises above, he wins, he conquers. He conquers first himself and then he conquers the threat.
Men are made for impossible situations and daring feats. They are born with a heroes heart. This is innate.
I’ve watched it myself in my husband as he figures out how to provide a desirable quality of life for his growing family. I’ve watched as he’s pursued that more and more aggressively over time. And I’m watching it again but in a different way with my son and the games he invents.
This is the heart that society is trying so hard to quash. And women are the ones who can help protect it…
Some of these health and fitness accounts have worked so hard to reach pinnacle chad and stacy apperance
But behind the perfect skin, eyes, hair and physique/figure there is an almost alien ghoulishness
Our society has become too much about superficial looks and will only become more that way
But do not forget soul and robust spirit. Do not become perfectionistic and obsessive about appearance to the point where this external-validation-based vibe-sickness destroys you from within
Because it comes across in photos

USA. A Mexican restaurant. We had not yet ordered anything, and the food was already arriving.
Chips. Salsa. Unrequested. Free.
I stopped the waiter. "We have not earned these."
"They just come with the table, man."
They come with the TABLE. In my land, hospitality is a debt. Every gift creates an obligation, weighed carefully, returned in the proper season with interest of feeling. Here, the gift arrives before you have even proven you can pay for dinner.
This is not an appetizer. This is a declaration: we trust you. Eat.
I ate with the gravity the moment deserved. And then — I must report this calmly — the basket emptied, and a new one appeared.
"Did we…?"
"Refill," the waiter said. "It's bottomless."
Bottomless. They have wells of salsa. The supply lines of this nation are beyond anything my ancestors imagined.
My friend warned me. "Don't fill up on chips, dude."
Too late. I had accepted three baskets. Honor demanded each one be finished — an unfinished gift is an insult. By the time my actual food arrived, I was a ruined man.
I was not hungry. I was not comfortable. I had been defeated by a courtesy.
Generosity that arrives before the request cannot be repaid. It can only be survived.
I know the rule now. I have made my peace with the basket. One basket. Two at the most.
Who am I deceiving. There is no number of baskets I would refuse. The trust of a nation is in that salsa, and I intend to honor all of it.
"Spiritual" women and busy husbands
One dynamic that is worth hitting on that is rampant in American evangelical churches is the epidemic of spiritual women and busy husbands. This ties back to some comments on my previous post, where I mention how the Industrial Revolution set the stage for problems and breakdowns churches and marriages are now trying to navigate (usually poorly).
Most men work. Usually, in such circles they work more than full time hours. They then have a wide range of others families and life duties... and some still dare to also have hobbies or other interests.
The end result - which we have rafts of data about - are men who are largely absent from the now super over packed social schedules of modern churches (I don't think this is necessarily bad, as I have written about elsewhere, much of this is utter rubbish).
Let's face it, most men after long 10 hour days of work and commute don't view spending the night at church activities as appealing.
Their wives on the other hand are the keepers of both discretionary spending generally but also discretionary time....
The end result is you often have wives doing all sorts of "spiritual" activities throughout the week while their husbands are off and often considered "paganing" - this is actually if you go back to the 1800s how things began to be framed - because their basic duties of provision, protection, and being a parent eat up the vast majority of their bandwidth and time.
Thus, the wives often rapidly outrun their husband in terms of supposed "spiritual growth" - which our current church culture of endless sit down didactic teaching and studies absolutely caters to (see my previous post on this subject). It's a grade school approach to giving women A's and men C's and D's and F's... the ladies have the "perfect attendance" and more to supposedly have the spiritual church cred.
This also mirrors the dominance of women in US education in general.
I have watched this dynamic destroy countless marriages, as the women becomes the de-facto head because she has all the spiritual "clout" - I mean, her husband clearly doesn't care about such things or he would be at church and bible study and similar things more.... not working, which is quite unspiritual (even though the kids need braces, the roof has a leak, etc., etc., etc...)
It's an insidious cancer in our church circles. Part of larger dynamics and forces few are willing to discuss. But it is also one reason so many women will defend to the death their women led and segregated prayer meetings, ministries, and Bible studies
