I align with what’s dismissively called “wokeism” and support DEI because critical consciousness and structural equity are prerequisites for a just society. Inclusion isn’t charity, it’s the correction of historical exclusion. Progress demands intentional rebalancing.

From the looks of it, nothing is being built regardless if we have DEI or not. Anyways, that’s the misconception of DEI. DEI gives the same qualified, if not more qualified due to having to prove themselves in a systemic country, individuals the same opportunities as the majority

And yeah…this is the problem with the Department of Defense and the Administration. Instead of focusing on actual military projects like recruiting and building our equipment and vehicles, y’all want to focus on things like DEI.
