Dural AVF of the cavernous sinus with very slow flow.
IPS and SOV thrombosed.
Embolization by venous approach through the facial vein and recanalization of the occluded superior ophthalmic vein.
Complete exclusion of the Fistula with coils inside the cavernous sinus.

A young patient with blindness one week ago. She had papilledema and a liquor pressure of 122 cmH2O. A stenosis of the right transverse venous sinus was found and treated with stenting. Venous pressure dropped down from 61 to 20 mmHg. She recovered her vision in the angio suite.
