@NrtLewis@That6SiegeGuy It’s cus the igl and they think just cause he’s a shot caller they can automatically shift the blame him. He’s an easy target for braindead siege watchers
@That6SiegeGuy That could be a possibility as Ramalho is a great strat caller, but offers nothing when it comes to helping these players with the mental aspect of this game. This team needs reminded they are winners and they need a coach who will turn them into a team. 1/2
@monkeygoat_ That’s exactly what I was thinking. Can they make shaiiko play differently or will he always just be that sort of kamikaze/ run in guns blazing type of player. A lot of what ifs that I don’t see being answered with Ramalho as coach.
Thoughts on g2s exit of SLC:
Firstly, Ramalho needs to go for me. How is your team going to benefit in any way if the coach himself is panicking? The lack of conviction in his timeout calls as well are seriously a problem. He is completely unable to boost team morale. 1/?
@monkeygoat_ This team deadass just need to drop their egos and get a coach who instills a proper system. Yes you can swing everything in ranked, but it’s pro play lmao if this team can coordinate and do the fundamentals correctly then the potential is seriously scary.
@monkeygoat_ LOL exactly he’s meant to guy boosting morale and telling the team how to prep for the upcoming rounds but no… instead you hear panic in his voice whilst he’s telling them the plan… if I was a player and heard my coach talking in that tone I’d not be confident whatsoever
@monkeygoat_ @G2Rainbow6 Yeah I’m not upset at the lost itself more upset in the manner that g2 lost. It looked like there was 0 desire to win, but that’s really worrying. This is a team of winners, this isn’t unnatural territory for them so to go out like that is very, very poor
@monkeygoat_ @G2Rainbow6 Yeah definitely fair to say that about the playstyle I just thought they aggressed in really poor moments and a lot of mistakes that lost rounds which should’ve been won. I definitely agree with the ramal point tho I posted a sortve rant about it on my page.
When they’re beat, a team that dismantles the strongest of teams in R6. This goes back to my earlier point on the coach. I believe g2 should bring in a coach with that hunger and winning mentality someone who can Lead and motivate and make this team play at their very best. 5/5
One last thing I’d like to speak on is the mentality of the team. Yes we’ve seen them on stream and they all look as if they have a ton of fun together, but this team is filled with superstars that need to understand they ARE winners. I want to see a g2 that never knows. 4/?
