An entertainment company backing its artists as their support system is indispensable. It needs to ensure fair promotions, proper structure, and, above all, protection and safety. That is the most basic responsibility. But if we ask ourselves whether SM has ever done that for RIIZE and Seunghan, the answer is clearly no.

They need their company to step up and do what it’s meant to do: its job. And in Seunghan’s case, since SM has failed him this whole time, this is the bare minimum they owe him. It’s time to finally stop the negligence. That’s why we have to keep pushing — in case SM is forgetting, or thinking we will forget.

As we move forward, now two more artists have been added to this struggle as they stand with Seunghan. The members of Xoul should not be used as shields for SM’s lack of action, they should safely be able to participate in their artist works while happily working with Seunghan.
