@united I’ll still be crying until then. Really the most awful thing that could have happened, and so preventable. I urge all brides to avoid you guys.
Thanks @united for forcing me to gate check/green tag my WEDDING DRESS (against policy) from RDU to EWR only for it to now be in Houston. I’m sobbing on my flight to Rome without my dress. Worst experience ever.
@united Oh, it would have fit in the overhead. And I watched three other people after me able to take their rollers (same size) on. That’s why I’m beyond upset that now I’m thousands of miles away from my dress, and United’s gross incompetence.
@united Yes. But my issue is more with the employee who wouldn’t allow me to keep the dress with me. How could United force a customer to check their wedding dress, when the whole point of carry on is to avoid this situation? Especially with such a precious/expensive item?
