Really hurting.
Try to be patient.
Try to be kind.
Try to be gentle.
Try to be loving.
Try to be forgiving.
Try to be gracious.
Try to be hopeful.
Try to be peaceful.
try: make an attempt or effort to do something.
If you keep looking back at what you lost, you’ll miss what you have and what’s ahead. It’s not always easy to move on, but staying stuck is always harder in the long run.
Everyone is different.
Different people respond to things in different ways.
Different people are encouraged in different ways.
Your way is not the only way.
Or even the right way.
Cut people some slack.
Let them find, or give, hope, peace & encouragement their own way.
I just yelled at my dog for licking the electrical socket. I think it's fair to say that we're both having a hard time with the quarantine and social distancing.

There is no courage without uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. Brave is vulnerable.
