Bonfires on the Levee is a tradition like no other. Each Christmas Eve night, large bonfires are lit intending to light the way for Papa Noël. Many of the bonfires are set up in elaborate designs while others stay true to a pyramid-shaped cone some soaring twenty feet tall.
