@sketchlondon Why is your website so difficult to navigate? I'm trying to look at menus for the Glade Bar and it's incredibly frustrating. No-one comes to a restaurant/bar website to play a game growing grass - terrible UX.
@comms_nora Well done for standing your ground. I think I'd have been intimidated by such a torrent. But also, did no-one else intervene? (I'm guessing you sat next to him because the bus was busy.) It's disgusting what's happening to attitudes on race, religion & ethnicity in this country.
Phoned manufacturer @MDM_EN to see if they can help me arrange weekend delivery and their phone line is "unavailable due to exceptional circumstances". This all started because they gave TNT an incomplete address in the first place, or I'd have had my parcel a week ago! Useless.
Utter incompetence from @TNTUKOfficial They haven't sent my parcel out for delivery today after I made arrangements to work from home. Now say they'll send it back to France unless I can pick it up from Essex. (I live in Kent and have no car.) #consumerrights#deliveryfail
