Don’t buy from Debenhams as they don’t answer phones in the UK and a foreign call centre calls you from god knows where at 6.30am - I am trying to get my money back from a parcel that has never arrived with Evri - bad bad service

What is going on with Evri? I have been waiting for parcels to arrive and nothing comes - Debenhams parcel since Saturday but just getting fobbed off with excuses why anyone uses Evri nowadays I don’t know - it makes your companies look cheap when they do not deliver on time
