The last company I worked for before I left Nigeria the Vice president of my department was his colleague, I refer to him by his name and even the CEO. My current CEO Is a researcher who is above 60, I do the same to her. None of my C-suite executives are less than 50 and I call all of them by their name here in England. Like I said you’re not exposed
