Not for profit charitable trust Supporting siblings and children treated for cancer at the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford & Birmingham Children’s Hospital
Callum was 8 when his brother Liam was diagnosed with leukaemia.
Cal-Sibz provide gifts to super siblings and children treated on the oncology & haematology wards at The Princess Royal Hospital in Telford & Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
(1) National Siblings Day 2021
Apologies for being quiet. Covid-19 has impacted our plans and our son had major surgery last month. Callum again experienced things that no sibling should have to.
(2) The last few months has again shown us what siblings go through when their brother or sister is unwell and made us more determined than ever to try and help support children with cancer and their siblings.
Thank you to Lisa & Dawn, Play Specialists from @SATHWMpaeds for distributing chocolate selection boxes and toys at the The Princess Royal Hospital’s Women’s & Children’s Centre that have been donated by our kind supporters. Merry Christmas
Sorry that we’ve been quiet over the last few weeks.
We’ve moved house which has been hectic and it’s taken up all of our spare time, but we’re back!
If you have submitted an application for gifts, we will be processing these over the next few weeks 🙂

(4) We’re really pleased that Marie has agreed to help us and we hope that the teddy bears will bring some comfort.
Thank you so much to everyone that has and continues to support Cal-Sibz. You enable us to help support these incredible children.

(1) Cal-Sibz are now working with Telford based company Forever Treasured to gift memory teddy bears to bereaved siblings of children who were treated at the oncology and haematology wards at Princess Royal Hospital, Shropshire and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
(3) We noticed from Marie’s website that she makes memory bears and we thought that it would be a lovely keepsake for siblings of children that have sadly passed. Families can send items of clothing from their child or Marie can source fabrics of the families choosing.
Today’s walk took us into Apley Woods, into Leegomery, finishing at The Princess Royal Hospital. 1.7 miles walked bringing the total amount to 28.2 out of 64miles.
