@britishairways Your online site to upload Covid pass for USA does not work. The button that takes you to attestation remains grayed out even though document has uploaded and privacy policy is ticked. Make sure shit works if you are going to require customers to use it!

@British_Airways what happened to you?!? I spent my entire Christmas vacation washing underwear in the sink because you couldn’t find my bag and now I am again washing socks and pants while you do very little to search for my bag that you lost. That is 2 for 2 vacations ruined.

@HSBC_US It started with the bank cancelling my wire. Every day HSBC has promised the $24,000 be back in my account by the end of the day. We are on day 8, no money, and I am in default on a loan that the money was meant to cover. What do you do when the bank steals your money?
@British_Airways I get that there’s been a lot of cancellations and changes to manage, but I have been waiting for a refund since June, over 4 months!! Every time I call you say you are paying in the next 14 days but nothing. I NEED MY MONEY!
