Caldwell SAFE provided reflective trick or treat bags and glow in the dark bracelets/necklaces for the pre-k and elementary which give way to a safer Halloween night as it allows kids to be seen by cars passing by.

Caldwell City Commission repealed the Ordinance requiring masks due to the challenge of enforcing it. The City continues to recommend businesses to require mask usage to help slow the spread of COVID19
