There is a solution to everything. Even gun laws. Why not compromise, Both sides have great ideas. Banning an AR type weapon will only cause problems for law abiding citizens. Criminals do not follow the laws. My proposal would not solve the whole problem but would make it better

It's up to us as adults to do so. Enough of controversial teachings. Children should know how to read, write and solve basic math. How about teach teenager how to fill out an application or balance a check book? Bring back cursive writing, Home Economics, Shop Class.

@chrisfleming91 @irishrygirl Teachers should not have to be armed. Instead of defunding the police how about we have a few at the entrance of these schools. Or better yet. Why can't our school be guarded like our military bases? Armed guards before you even get to the parking lot.

If they ban AR-15 type weapons and then these shootings continue with handguns they will want to ban ALL OF THEM. Why can't we have police at our schools?
