@HeywoodJab2 this piece of garbage thinks that @Darden makes you claim 10% of your cash sales. Anyone want to speak up for him? Anyone in the restaurant business want to back him that a business “makes” you claim 10% of your cash sales?? 🤣
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir Check the likes fool. That’s articulation enough about what is, and what isn’t. You’re that part that gets swept up at the end of the night and gets tossed out with the trash.
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir For someone that has the mental capacity of a toddler, and can’t see that they’re legally and morally wrong, you’re very funny! I must admit. Check the feedback. Open a fucking book you joke of a man! Lmfao. This is great kid. You’re a hilarious little child.
@Itsme4681Laura@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir It’s a waste of time trying to explain what is and what isn’t with this pebble-sized brain of a fool above. But you’re right! As of 2026, you still have to claim tips as income if that’s a source, but the tax is only on your hourly wage. But you’re right!
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir If you make less than 10% you claim that. If you make more you claim that. This isn’t very hard to grasp. No one, I repeat, no one can MAKE you claim so thing you didn’t make. Even Darden and Bloomin Brands will stand by that. Listen to yourself, my god, lmao
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir I am 100% correct on this. All of my businesses, restaurants, the state of NY, and the government for that matter, think so as well. Lol
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir Nice choice of words too. Showing that you’re truly educated and understand the system that you for with language like that lmao.
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir Listen, I can go all day with these claims. I’ve been in the business for 30 years and own restaurants. I know the tax laws lmao
@HeywoodJab2@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir It’s not a “have-to” thing. It’s an “at-least” thing. The gov basically says you’re making “at-least” this amount based off credit card sales. The law states, as I said above, you must, and are supposed to, claim 100% of your tips, or declared income.
@beaumont_valois@Ximena_Noir You’re wrong. As a tipped employ, such as myself, I pay tax on declared income. Just like the rest of the US. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, you shouldn’t post this crap.
Plaxico Burress compared playing with the Jets to prison:
"They're both kind of similar because when I walked into prison on my first day, I was like, 'damn man you a fucking loser.' And I had the same damn feeling every day I walked through the door with the Jets."
@BillsOnReal I guess being rated a 99 on madden means you’re gonna win a Super Bowl next? Or make an AFC championship game? Or something related to real football on the field?
